Our pricing is designed to be fully inclusive of everything you need to have an awesome tipi wedding. No hidden fees, including travel and VAT!
Our 3 hat tipi package can accommodate up to 176 guests at max seated dining capacity. 3 tipis is also a very popular choice for up to 120 guests with the third tipi used as a chill out area!
This is the ultimate set up and can be tailored to your desired layout and plans for the big day. Below you can view everything included in our 3 tipi package, as well as some example floorplans!
Site Visit – A venue meet to talk final details and confirm the tipi location. We’ll also check card machine signal if you’ve booked our bar.
Your Chosen Number of Giant Tipis – 3 tipis including everything from poles to canvas to our team setting them up for your day!
Flooring – Woven Matted Flooring is provided across your chosen number of tipis in a natural tipi colour – it’s heel friendly and weather-proof!
Bunting – Cotton White Bunting along the front edge of your chosen number of tipis to kick-start your décor.
Wooden Tables – 2m x 0.7m Wooden Tables for up to 176 seated guests inside or to host your cake, gift box, decor. Feel free to use them inside and out – 22 tables total.
Wooden Benches – 2m Benches to match our tables! Use them inside for seating, create chill out spaces or use for an outdoor ceremony. 44 Benches total.
Festoon Walkway – 10m matted walkway lined with shepherds crooks and draped LED Festoon! Perfectly lights up the outdoor space and offers a beautiful entrance into the tipis.
Fairylights – LED fairy Lights are provided on every main pole in each tipi – offering a totally magical atmosphere day and night.
Dancefloor – A Wooden 12 x 12ft Dancefloor for your evening reception, leaving space for your Band or DJ, cake table and more around.
Disco ball – Our large silver Disco-ball is hung from the ceiling above the dancefloor, just to add a little something extra to the dance tipi.
2 Firepits – Located in the middle of a tipi or weather dependent, can be placed outside! Our large bio-ethanol firepits. No wood maintenance throughout needed.
Marshmallows and Sticks – A complimentary bag of Marshmallows with sticks are provided by each firepit, for toasting into the evening!
High Chairs – We have 2 wooden high chairs available, should you need them for any younger guests – inclusive in our packages.
Extra Wooden Chairs – We have 8 wooden fold out chairs available – whether it’s for elderly guests, an extra seat on a table end or outdoors.
Noughts and Crosses – Hand-made by Kyle, our Giant Wooden Noughts and Crosses Board complete with crate and sign.
Giant Jenga – One of our most popular garden games, perfect for entertaining all ages during your day. Includes a wooden sign and crate!
Bean Bag Throw – Also hand-made by Kyle, our painted Wooden Bean Bag throw with coloured bean bags and sign.
Floor Planning Tool – Access to a tipi layout designer to make your floor plan! You can drag and drop all of our items into your structure.
Travel – We include travel as standard, covering anywhere up to 2 hours from our base in South Nottingham, East Midlands.
£100 off wedding photography – Fun fact, we’re wedding photographers too! If you book us for your tipi hire, you can also grab a discount at Sophie Ann Photography. We love capturing our own tipis and have a huge love for outdoor weddings.
Horse Box – Optional hire of our horse box bar, staffed and stocked by us at Tipi Wedding Company. We just take an £1000 refundable minimum spend, no hire fee.
