Our wedding tipi hire packages are fully inclusive of everything you need to have the wedding party of your dreams! Having said that, here at the Tipi Wedding Company, we want to make your wedding planning process as easy as possible. We aren’t just a tipi hire company!
We believe talking to one supplier offering lots of services for your day as opposed to 5 different people makes your life simpler. Wedding planning should be fun and totally stress-free, after all!
We specialise in outdoor and festival weddings, so it makes sense we go all out on the WEDFEST experience! If you’d like to add our *festival upgrade* we would love to offer this to you for your day. Items can also be priced individually, please do just ask!
In September 2020 we launched our Horse Box Bar – the perfect addition to any outdoor, tipi wedding. We know that all couples need drinks to celebrate with during their special day, so we set out to get our beautiful, custom conversion underway now called ‘The Bottle Bar’. We offer a relaxed, bottled drink service, including 2 beer choices, 2 cider choices and an ale. We also offer soft drinks, wine and your usual spirits, plus a range of gins!
The best news? There is no hire fee when booking alongside a 2 or 3 hat tipi package!
We simply take a minimum spend that is refunded to you after the day when met, offering you a fully stocked and staffed bar service (that looks awesome too!) – one less supplier to worry about. We can also provide welcome tricks in tin buckets filled with ice on arrival. The Horse Box has already had two weddings this year and looks amazing next to the tipis.
The only extra fee’s you’ll find for your day is Toilets and Power. Don’t worry, we’re here to help every set of the way so can assist with supplier recommendations and can always source a generator from a great local company if needed!
If your venue doesn’t offer power (home garden weddings are super popular with us, so don’t worry, it’s totally normal!) we are able to hire this in for you from a local company. As standard, this is charged out at £650 inclusive of everything from drop off, set up and collection, as well as VAT and fuel usage throughout your event! This also includes free mileage throughout Northamptonshire. This is based on a 45kva generator, which we recommend for your standard wedding with lots of wonderful suppliers – band or DJ, bar, most catering set ups, maybe a photobooth – you get the idea! If you have a smaller set up, we’d love to discuss your requirements and take it from there.
